Size verse heel height
Our heels are divided into three groups, low, medium and high, but the height of the heel depends on your shoe size.
Size 34- 36
Low heel 6.6cm (2.6in)
Medium heel 7.5cm (2.9in)
High heel 8.2cm (3.2in)
Size 37- 38
Low heel 7.0cm (2.8in)
Medium heel 8.0cm (3.25in)
High heel 8.5cm (3.5in)
Size 39 – 41
Low heel 7.5cm (3in)
Medium heel 8.5cm (3.3in)
High heel 9.0cm (3.5in)
Size guide
In some cases the size may vary slightly due to the type of model. Here is an indication of foot measurements for each shoe size.
Size 34 → 22cm to 22.5cm
Size 35 → 22.5cm to 23cm
Size 36 → 23cm to 23.5cm
Size 37 → 23.5 to 24cm
Size 38 → 24 to 24.5cm
Size 39 → 24.5 to 25cm
Size 40 → 25 to 25.5cm
Size 41 → 26cm
How to measure your feet
You may find that your correct shoe size, for dancing, is one size smaller than your regular shoe size. In bare feet, stand on a piece of paper and draw an outline around each foot. Measure the distance from your big toe to your heel.
Delivery
We can either ship your order to an address of your choice or meet you at an event we are attending for delivery by hand. Please check our diary to see where we will be in the coming weeks and contact us to arrange a collection.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment completion. Timing depends on whether your shoes are in stock or need to be made-to-order and where you are located. We will keep in touch throughout the whole process.
If in stock: Delivery is generally within 5 working days for mainland UK and Northern Ireland and within 7 days for outlaying areas.
If made to order: We do not keep all shoes in stock. Delivery can take approximately 6-8 weeks but can always arrive earlier.

Returns
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully despatched to you, and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you have any cause for dissatisfaction you may return them.
Please note that custom orders may not be returned. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and returned within 14 days of receiving them. The protective film on the shoe sole must be intact.
